1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Void Effects ("we," "us," or "our") through voideffects.com, direct contracts, or third-party platforms such as Fiverr, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our video editing services or access our platforms.
2. Services & Scope of Work
Void Effects provides professional digital post-production, motion graphics, video editing, sound design, and content strategy services. Specific scopes of work—including deliverable quantities, format requirements (9:16 vertical, 16:9 horizontal), turnaround times, and revision cycles—are defined in your selected subscription plan (Short-Form Engine, Long-Form Engine, or Content Engine) or custom project agreement.
3. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard turnaround time for short-form edits is typically 24 to 48 hours per active request, and 48 to 72 hours for long-form video projects, contingent upon prompt client communication and asset delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, revision volume, and client response delays.
4. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
You (the "Client") retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all raw video footage, voiceovers, trademarks, and branding materials provided to us. Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable billing cycle or milestone, all final rendered video assets produced specifically for your account become your exclusive property for worldwide commercial distribution.
5. Portfolio & Showcase Rights
Unless explicitly prohibited under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or prior written agreement, Void Effects reserves the right to showcase excerpts of completed client videos, thumbnails, and engagement metrics on our website, social media, and marketing materials for portfolio demonstration purposes.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering videos that meet your brand standards. Active subscription plans include revisions until satisfaction is achieved, provided that revision requests align with the original brief and raw assets submitted. Fundamental scope changes (such as entirely new raw footage after an edit is completed) may be treated as a separate video request.
7. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions
Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis or per agreed project milestones. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless paused or canceled before the renewal date. Payments may be processed securely via Stripe, bank transfer, or authorized marketplace channels (such as Fiverr). All listed prices are in USD.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or pause their monthly subscription at any time by giving written notice at least 3 business days prior to the next billing cycle. Because video production hours and dedicated editor capacity are allocated upon subscription activation, fees paid for the current active month are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Confidentiality & Security
We treat all unreleased footage, creative concepts, unpublished scripts, and private client communication with strict confidentiality. All files uploaded to our cloud drives are stored securely and accessed exclusively by assigned Void Effects production staff.
10. Limitation of Liability
Void Effects is not responsible for any copyright infringements, intellectual property disputes, or platform penalties resulting from client-provided materials or unauthorized third-party media requested by the client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued engagement of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
